Return Policy
At this time Boss Beauty Wardrobe only provides FULL refunds in cases of damage upon receipt or manufacturing defect, and lost packages.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
Please contact us by email at sales@bossbeautywardrobe.com or phone at 404.500.9366 if any of your items are received damaged or not as they appear online.
You will be required to submit photos of the item (front, back, area of concern/damage).
Missing Packages:
If your package has not been received 7 days after the last movement on the tracking number, please contact us at sales@bossbeautywardrobe.com to discuss options for resolution. Depending on the item/purchase amount/ number of pieces, etc the order may be reshipped or a full refund will be provided.
Please note: Boss Beauty Wardrobe does not refund or credit stolen orders. A stolen order is defined as one showing a delivered status in the tracking information but is not received by the intended recipient.
Damage/Defect:
If the item is deemed damaged/defective, you will be provided with a return label to ship it back. Upon receipt, we will gladly replace your product, or issue a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
If a refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time frame for the credit to post is dependent upon your financial institution.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@bossbeautywardrobe.com.
Exchanges:
If you are in need of a different size, please notify us via email at sales@bossbeautywardrobe.com. You will be provided with a return label to mail the item back. Once received & reviewed, you will be credited the amount of your purchase minus a 15% restock fee back to your original method of payment. You may replace your order for the desired size at any point in the process.
Please note: All swimwear sales are final! While we cannot accept the return or exchange of your swimwear, we will be happy to provide a 25% discount towards the purchase of the correct size.
Any order that is reported more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for refund, replacement, or discount.
Please be advised: All merchandise shipped from the Boss Beauty Wardrobe headquarters is photographed prior to packaging.
